TRADING TERMS
Payment on receipt of invoice.
Payment can be made by one of the following:-
- Bankcard
- MasterCard
- Visa
- Money Orders
- Personal Cheques
- Cash on delivery
Orders can be picked up from the nursery (please phone prior to pickup) or mail orders are delivered through Australia Post. Freight and state to state quarantine costs are paid by the customer. Shipping of orders begins after all plants have been dug (usually mid July).
OTHER INFORMATION
Unfortunately, we can only accept orders within Australia, unless prior arrangements have been made. We start accepting orders for the coming season from February onwards. All orders are on a first in, best dressed basis. We suggest you get your orders in early as on occasions certain varieties may sell out quickly. We do everything within our power to ensure the plants are of the highest health standard possible. We make every effort to keep all stock true to name.
Any customers with orders containing licensed varieties will need a non-propagation agreement signed and returned to us prior to shipping of plants. Unfortunately we cannot ship these plants until we have received the signed agreement.
