First year root pieces compared to second year root pieces

First year root pieces are harvested from tissue cultured plantlets that have been grown in fumigated ground for one season. They are a much thinner root and have extremely high multiplication rates and success when planted out. We still cannot guarantee freedom from pathogens, viruses or disease free status.

Please note all licensed varieties need a non-propagation agreement signed and will incur a royalty charge. Please refer to the plant description for license status.
